日记一隅:初一学子英文日志
Today, my brother and I embarked on a lengthy voyage within the belly of a metal beast, our carriage of necessity, for tomorrow the halls of learning summon us back to their bosom. The bus, a captor of my discomfort, traps me in its stuffy embrace. I, the hapless sufferer of motion sickness, am denied the solace of food, condemned to a day of queasiness. Oh, how I loathe this peculiar malaise that clings to me like a relentless shadow. Yet, the morrow brings with it the inevitable return to school, and home we must journey. This day, a sorry affair, leaves a bitter taste in my heart.
